Ht. 5'4", Start: 232 lb, Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys! Haven't been on in awhile. I was doing awesome lost about 16 pounds, then I went on vacation. That didn't go to well. I broke my diet after that and I'm so upset with my self. I'm pretty much my starting weight now. I am going back on my diet tomorrow, which I am very happy about and I am NOT going to break it this time.

Jessica what I did was count calories, soudm, fat, per serving size, we all mess up at times drinking a lot of water helped me get out of 166 lbs eating healthy moving more make it fun Jessica!! u ll get to you goal evnetlly!! I promsie you that!! what I did to re movate myself was cut an outfit I liked and look at it and picture myself waering it!! just take it easy!!
small healthy portions I missed you a lot on here!! I did lose half an inch by doing that!!! dELiA's does have clothing up to 2Xl , 140 lbs would put u in size Juniours 9)10) or size 7)8) Juniours, I'm only 5"2.3 five five foot two in a queater.. don't give up on youself!! u can do this!!
