I ask myself those same questions too! I'm really looking to put together a fitness group for more motivation a support. I lack that and find I'd be more successful having like minded people in my corner. If you're interested, I'd love to have you. It's online/virtual support somewhat similar to this. If interested, darshan.nobles@gmail.com. I hope you decide to join me, I'd be happy to support you in this journey.

Omg, u put dwn exactly the way i feel EVERYDAY.. its sooo depressing. i wonder all those things too.. maybe we should try being weightloss budddies and like email each other or even just post on here everyday what we have done.. our ups and downs and motivate each other when we feel like we cant keep going. my mother had a baby girl 2 weeks ago and i have a little brother who recently said he doesnt want to grow up because then he will be fat (my father is obese too) i am doing this for him and for my baby sister because i never want them to experience these same feelings , i also have an iverweight litte sister and i want her to be inspired by me... these are the things that make me want to lose weight more thane ever .
u can email me if u like hr1515@hotmail.com u can do this .. we can do it :):)

Hi. I'm four years younger than you but I totally understand. Have you ever done something really hard that you just wanted to stop, but you said to yourself, "Only one more hour or day ?"(etc) That's exactly what you should do with your weight loss. I've never been where you are now in weight loss so be proud! What helps motivate me is picturing the body I could have and all the positive affects from getting it. Higher confidence, being able to fit into a really cute pair of jeans, stuff like that. Also, WHEN you reach your goal, treat yourself to something nice. You are on your way, so don't give up! :)
