Ht. 5'5", Start: 145 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 130 lb - Hey, guys this is my first time doing this and the start of my weight loss plan. I'm not for sure what i should do! i use to be 130 but i had shoulder surgery 2 times and coulds=nt do anything and i gained weight! im sick of carrying all this extra weight. so, if y'all have any tips just let me know!

Great ways to lose weight are to quit drinking sodas, cut back on candies and desserts and stuff and eat healthier foods, like salads and fruits and vegetables. Also, eating fast food (Taco Bell, Burger King, etc.) can really make you gain weight. It helps too if you exercise a little, like pushups and situps or just walking. Hope this helps! :)
