Mary glad you want to change your lifestyle eating umm 123 lbs for you is too skinny 130 lbs is healthy for yor ht 130 lbs or 125 lbs, you need to eat healthy start excrise very slow drink lots of water, walk slow running jog, small healthy portions count calories look at lables, one serving per meal or snack healthy snacks half cup of furit,, take it easy on excrise . don't overwhelm yourself small mini goals like 2 or 5 lbs like 208 lbs or 205 lbs. You ll get to your healthy goal but 123 lbs is not healthy for you and ur body, I w'd look up charts for you hight and body type bone muscle .. Or ask the doctors and nurers what is a healthy wt for me?/ Mary just want u not to overwhelm youself..
