Dude evrybody who has responded to your posts has told you what your doing is wrong. Starving yourself you're just gonna make yourself sick. youre body is hoarding fat in survival mode, and NOT just eating the spare weight thats just a myth.
alot of people warned when u start eating again ur gonna put weight on like crazy ad they are right. what ur doing is dangerous and guess what? losing 5 pounds in a week with no food is not good. now what no eaating for a month 2 lose 20 pounds? lol

You should try to eat small meals throughout the day because if you go for too long without food your body starts to store fat, so skipping lunch is probably not a good idea, hope that helped :)
