Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 197 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - I got a job at a McDonalds and it seems to have added some pounds to my already ample body. I know I'm not healthy, but I'm not unhappy. Is gaining weight such a big deal? My boyfriend is becoming more and more intimate the more weight I put on.

Hi Alexa,
Yeah, it really is. Gaining weight, especially from eating unhealthy foods is a serious problem. My advice is to really think about the health risks over what your boyfriend thinks about you gaining weight.

First being slightly overweight is not a big deal, however they is serious health risks once you cross the line.
Second being a girl it's easier to put on pounds then take them off.
Third, take it from a word of good advice, most being imitate at 16 isn't favored but it's your life(use protection tho, no excuses) However if your boyfriend's fetish is unhealthy for you. Consider talking to him about it...
Cause can you honestly say you of your own decision pick being unhealthiest and bigger Over being healthier and smaller. Which do you picture?
Health is majorly important!! <3 stay strong ! You come first in your life !
(P.S. eat lightly before work, and brush your teeth; then at work it should help curve your appetite)
