Hey Lucy
On a good day I can run 1-2 miles without stopping (I played soccer for 5 years, so it seems like no matter how much weight I've gained, I'm still in pretty good shape)
Its okay.

The last time that I weighed myself, I was 160...I might be 155 now.I'm not exactly the most healthies or fit person...but I've learned to push myself. I run 1 mile (1.6 km)in 8:25. Also, you don't want to start off too fast. If you've only ran for 2 minutes and you feel like you're going to pass out, slow down. PACING yourself is key! If you want to go a longer distance, you need resistance (so don't sprint int he very beginning) Start at a fast pace, that you can still breathe at, then 3 minutes into your jog/run speed up and sprint, 5 mins into your run you should slow down to your original pace, then 7 minutes into your run, SPRINT until you reach your goal. ****By the way, this is my routine, but you could make it into a 1km run if it's more comfortable :)
