Ht. 5'1", Start: 220 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 105 lb - Hi. I'm new here. I started losing weight in November of last year and stopped in July. I don't want to stop now. I've worked too hard to get here, and I'm not going to stop halfway. I've lost 60 pounds so far, so I must have been doing something right! I hate my body so much, I feel like a FAILURE. I know nobody else can do it for me, and I must fight for it. But that doesn't make it any easier! I am determined to lose weight and I won't give up. I don't want to hate my body anymore. Please help me! I need motivation and encouragement.

Wow! 60 pounds already :O? Thats fricking amazing! Congrats!
I've got the same problem as you. I've lost ten pounds so far, but it doesn't show and I've been getting frustrated and keep asking myself, 'why should I keep going?' But then I picture myself after all the weight is lost and that motivates me lace up my shoes and go jogging. Works for me '_'
Keep fighting on and just remember that your not alone, after all we're all working towards the same goal :).

You can do it, girl! You've lost 60 pounds already??! Don't stop! You've got motivation, honey! You can definitely do this, don't get discouraged :)

Well done for losing the 60lbs you have already lost that's great! I know you can get to your goal. What I do as motivation is set myself mini-goals so once I have achieved it I'm more motivated to reach the next one. I set my mini goals as 5lb targets. If you need any help feel free to emaile at elliecresswelll@yahoo.co.uk. You could always try what some people do is cut out some clothes or jeans you would like to buy once you have lost the weight as motivation. I'm saving up to buy my self all new clothes when I have lost the weight!
