Ht. 4'7", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - I went to my grandparents house and gained 10 pounds I have lost all hope.

justine, what i did was make it a goal and a habit to work out everyday and so far thats what has helped me... and try to eat healthier if you dont already and try smaller portion. you can do this you just have to give it all youve got :)

Justine don't beat youself up!! I have gained 10 lbs before I shook it off by excrisieng, and eating less, I had to cut back, what I was eating, you sound u are having trouble losing weight, I am fihgting to not eat a lot, have you tried the gum trick?? Justine!!!!!! small healthy portions drink a lot of water, weightloss not going to happen overnight,but it ll come of eventlly, remember I talked about dELiA's catlog that got me removated!!!! I am 163 or 162 lbs, I am like umm I need to work harder!!! ,, you should have a notebook or a food jonurial to help you keep track of the calories, that is recmmaned!!! , changing my eating habits was the hardest thing to but I did it, with a lot of effort!! I would try cutting a picutre of an outfit you like , and hang it on a minorr!! I would give it a try!!
