meat should be about the size of your palm.
cooked veggies are the size of your whole hand
salad is two hands
rice is half a palm
bread 1 slice
mini bagel
i try to eat 2 fruits a day
it seriously works. watching how much you eat is super important. obviously try to eat healthier foods but if you go out to eat with friends or something don't be scared of eating pastas or pizza. just watch your portions! hope this helps a bit.
