Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 134 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 125 lb - **IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**
This is for the people who haven`t done the contest before and are intrested in doing it, also its for the people who have done this before but who need to 'refresh' their memory...
(Olive I thought i would help ya out here and post the rules :)
Okay so here are te 'rules' and basic info. for the contest--
You have 2 weeks to do some legit hardcore training/exercise to lose as much weigh as possibe, but ther is a catch- your weight-loss has to be 100% healthy and no cheating (luing bout your weight,faking exercise, ect...) AND YOU HAVE TO HAVE FUN!!! :D Youcan choose to keep your weight a secret till the end by posting your current weight for the day the weight you started the contest with, OR you can tell us how much your losing and what you weigh-it's up to you :D
Well that`s pretty much it if you have any Questions I`ll be glad to help, but Olive is the one in charge here so I would ask her :)

:P Anywho- you can keep in touch with others if you want- exchange emails- then in email exchange facebooks and maybe even your number -but not on here through email! its completey up to you just pst a messagesaying u wanna chat with ppl or something =D

Taylor--It starts on July 18th, and ends on August 1st
Hafsa--I would think you have to exercise in a contest lose weight, but do whatever wors for you =)
Mallory--In the contest we always based it on whoever loses the most weight all around, but i do understand what you mean, i would ask Olive and go by what she says =)

There's one problem, people who let's say weight 140 lose weight much slower than one who weighs let's say 180. When determineing who wins the contest it should be based on percent of body weight lost not on how much weight was lost
