I am sure u can do it ...once u start u get motivated by seeing those lower numbers ... and then even when it ets hard u can see those lower numbers and they can keep u on track and even if u get of track u can just start again... never give up on urself... have faith and i am sure u will get there...:):):)

Poriton cantrolled healthy snacks, drink lots of water, small mini goals, excirse slow , start by walking, , from your house to the mail box, dvd workouts, once you lose over a 100 lbs, what I recmmand when you see a teen caltog that has clothing dElIA's , cut a picture of a pair of jeans or shorts, glue it on a piece of paper, then imange yourself wearing them, you go like wow!! I look good!!! you will feel better,, the weight will come off, envently, it won"t happen overnight, eat healthy and excirse, you will be able to fit into to clothes teen girls your age group wear overtime!!!! I promise you that!!!! by the time you are 17 years old you ll be 200 lbs lighter or 230 lbs lighter,, but do 5-10 lbs at a time by then end of this you can lose five pounds!! Sarah!!

Do you want to diet? It's easy once you get the hang of it. There are a lot of good foods that are healthy out there. I have some on my website: www.jessfitnessfun.webs.com
Just because it's healthy doesn't mean its not good. For a snack try to have carrots, banana, apples, ect..I know you can do it. You will be so much healthier!! Good luck!!
