Ht. 6'0", Start: 318 lb, Today: 318 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - I have always been the big one out of all my friends. I hate it. I have been playing tennis for 8 years and I have yet to loose a big amount of weight.

Hey Kayla, i know what it feels like to be the big one in a group of people as i weigh 244lbs and i've played badminton for the past 3 years. i figured that when i started losing weight it was easier if i eased my self into exercise rather than starting all guns blazing. I started walking the dog everyday and cutting out crisps and chocolate bars. I've lost 10lbs up to know and i've been dieting for 4 weeks. Believe me if i can do it you can to. I am glad to hear that you want to change your lifestyle!! Kayla remember weightloss is not going to happen overnight, , it takes a lot of effort and fighting,, small healthy portionz sized food, instead of big, have small, drink lots of water, what I find helpfull for cravings, chew sugarless gum, tic tacks, sour mints, they work,, drinking water makes you fuller, watermelon, and strawberries are low calories, try them,, excrise slow, by walking every day, walking up and down the stairs for five miuntes once you get use to it you do it for 15 miuntes then 30 miuntes then a hour = 60 miuntes, the weight will come off in time!! Kayla you want to reward yourself with soemthing fun not food, maybe like sports items, cards, basket balls, baseballs, priacte your tennis, , every day, !!!! it takes time...
