Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 136 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys!
So yesterday i started to get ready for my basketball activity....its every monday and wensday starting on monday june 25 =D anyway i ran about 45 yards a couple times.if i get down to 130 by then that would be great because on the 22-25 my friend kimmi is having an epic sleepover. its at some campgroung bout 45. min away from my house!ima hoping that ill look rockin in a bikini =) Also i have to go to another baby shower today and im ready for all the temptations! i can do this and not give in, split my plate in 3 and have only 5 small thigs for desert max. i dont know what there goin to have there but they usually have fruit salad and i can ea as much of that as i want to, only natural calories! woo! im going to practice suicides after the party, they are when you run from start to a first destionation and back,then you go toa scond desionation and back and it goes on and on+on+on+on lol. ill check back in laterbut its almost 1:00 and i have to get ready for the party... OH AND... im 136 as of this morning =D
