Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 104 lb - Jessica16!!! I am an half inch shorter then you,, I am 5'3 I think I weigh like 157 or 156!!! lbs!!! I am going to dEliA's tomrrow!! for the last day of the Meoiral day weekend!! very exicted,, ,,,, drinking a lot of water has helped get some of my fat off,, not enough,, for my round stomach to be gone yet!!! I run,, a lot,, now!! ,,, I been overwieght about six years,, not funny,,, next year I will be a young adult woman,,, crazy,, I hope to be healthy, by the end of this year, or at least, 45 lbs lighter!! I know I can do this!!!! I didn't touch that barrot, from McDonlads,, it grossed me out,, yuck,,,, Jessica16,, you can do this!!!!! weight loss takes time!! I am hopeing to insprie!! once I reach 104-108 lbs I will post my success story,, ,,,,, by the end of this year!!! never give up girls!!!!! it takes a lot of will power....

That's funny we have the same name, age and almost the same height. Drinking water kinda fills you up too. I've been trying to drink water not sodas. Great job on your diet! Your doing great! and you are inspiring people!

Number one success in weight loss is will power. Anyone can do it!:) I KNOW you will reach your goal weight and you seem to have tons of confidence in yourself which helps a lot...(: keep it up!
