Ht. 5'4", Start: 171 lb, Today: 153 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 110 lb - Hey! So my sister and I are starting our weightloss plan tomorrow. (Not today because of my dental work and all I can eat is mashed potatoes and vanilla pudding :( ) Riding my bike 1hr a day and doing step ups 40 minutes a day while lifting 5lb weights, will have my arms toned around June (YAY!). Call me crazy but I really like exercise. It not only makes my body healthy, it also makes me handle things better and have a positive outlook on life.
My sister weighs about the same as me and we want to each lose 37 pounds before school starts in August and then additional weight after that.
My mouth is killing me! I gotta go.

Instead of pudfin try sugarless jello, it squishy, soft, and its not as bad as pudding, also try a bananna cream smoothie.. 3bananas, 1 cup oj, 2 handfull of ice, and 1/4 cup of milk. add anysort of healthy topping if desired! oh and if u need med for ur pain... try advil extra strength thts what i use for my teeth wheneva i get my elastics changed on my braces.
