Ht. 5'5", Start: 169 lb, Today: 159 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys! Is it true stress slows down weight loss because here lately I've been stressed out a lot with school, family, cheer , etc. It's really hard to just relax. My mom said that was probably the reason I haven't lost anything in a while. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can relive stress? :)

Listen to soft calm music, pet your anmials or cuddle a stuff animal,write in your jonural, read books, or walk the walk, or with a sibling or with a friend,, or call friends that will support, you, ,, jump rope, running, stretching, write, draw,,, pictures..
