Ht. 5'4", Start: 150 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys!!
Feelin pretty energetic this mornin, in a bit im going to the track do some morning walkin, then im hopefully going to walk bout 1/2 a mile today on the route by my school! then later im probally gonna be dyin my hair so ill just lift weights for a bit!
Today im plannin on havin....
Breakfest- lemon tea, oatmeal w/ lots of cinnomon, and 1 peice rasin bread tosted lightly buttered,
lunch- lean cusine fettucini alfado with lemon tea and some frozen blueberries
dinner- ? i eat whatever is servred, 1 portion, lemon tea
snacks- lemon tea, water, and maybe frozen blueberries!
alright now that is all planned, ill get to it!
