Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 104 lb - My excirseing was today!! walked my dog!! ran jog, used my scctor!!! drank quite a bit of water.. I got scared of the calores of soda, the sugar amount scared. And assees.. Ugh.. I made a plan when I lose 30 pounds I will go to delia's buy some new clothes! shorts tank tops! dresses!! swiumtsuit. Depends what style it is!! I will get rid of XL clothing by then!! what do you think of my plan??? want to start drinking more water often.. I wil get T shrits as well. Once I save $115 dollars I will use that money for new clothes.. My goal size is a 7)8) Juniours then 3)4) 1))2) I will jump off when I reach 120 pounds!!

Okay so i know you have gained weight back...BUT DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED!!IF I CAN LOSE 10LBS ANYONE CAN!PLEASE DO NOT GIVE UP,TRY HARDER!!PUSH YOURSELF TO YOUR LIMITS!!
hahaha weird pep-talk!!!!anyway,reward urself every 5lbs you lose!it makes things more fun, i have trouble losing just a little bit of weight so itworks for me!You can do this Jess, i `m rootin for you!!!
