Ht. 5'7", Start: 232 lb, Today: 226 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Ok so I have been dieting for two weeks now and I have lost 7 pounds... but the big thing i figured out about dieting is not just the calories it is the carbs...you think it might be okay if you eat a baked potato with no toppings and all that but it is loaded with carbs... in a day you only want to eat between 30-40 carbs... I have never been so happy with a diet.. in the morning i eat two eggs with cheese... I pack my lunch and I might have a carbanator yougurt which is kroger brand which is decent price a cheese stick (I perfer pepper jack) and some rolled up lunch meat or chicken or tuna sald with very little mayo...and for dinner I would have a decent serving of meat with two diffrent veggies...I also have a snack when i get home of a veggie or cheese and i drink water or diet soda... I also do very little exercise I might do some crunches or go for a 30 min walk but that is it... doing a bunch of exercise does very little you could run a mile without stoping and all you would burn is maybe 100 calories... so i hope with sharing this info I helped some people:)

Tina great work on losing 7 pounds!! great work on your meal plan!! drink more water less soda would help!! excruseing walking, biking, slow running, excruseing 60 miuntes a day is recmmanded !!! everyday.. Keep going go with the weightloss!
