Ht. 5'2", Start: 175 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - i really need to start exercising. at my moms house we dont have any equipment for exercising and we dont have any money to go to a gym. im open for suggestions lol :)

Just take an hour long power walk around your neighborhood! Studies show that walking is actually better for your bones and is better for long-term weight loss! All you need is a pair of tennis shoes, maybe some music or a dog to go with you! You're set!
