Ht. 5'3", Start: 144 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - Hey guys! So, I’m so excited because I’m joining a gym tomorrow! I joined one last summer and lost six pounds, but it was farther away and I couldn’t keep up with it. This one is like right next door and I’m doing it with my friend. She’s actually slim, but she doesn’t do any sports or exercise and she wants to do some sort of activity so she can be healthy. It’ll be fun, because I’ll have someone with me and even better she’s just as lazy as me when it comes to exercise. We both hate it! I can’t wait! I want to lost 10lbs in three weeks, I think I can do it because I’m heavier, and my body hasn’t had any real exercise in forever.
