Ht. 5'3", Start: 210 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Im new to this site so i dont know what to do really. I am 5'3 and 210 pounds. I want to be skinnier like my other friends are. But im just not motivated enough. If I am, its only for like a couple of days and then I lose it. My weakness is chocolate. If I have been doing pretty good at what I eat for a couple of days, maybe a week. then I start craving chocolate. then i feel bad after I eat some and then i quit. I dont like alot of vegetables or fruits. I eat salads sometimes, buts its only lettuce, Spinich, with some chicken in it an cheese. thats all the salad stuff i will eat. fruits i will eat oranges, bananas, grapes and maybe apples. I Drink alot of diet soda. I only drink water if its freezing cold or with ice. which doesnt really happen at my house. so I dont drink as much as i should. I ont exercise as much as i should. I have things i could be doing like a Bike, wii games, DDRMax game, walking, etc. but im just not motivated enough. I come up with an excuse for everything. HELP ANYONE?? I would LOVE to lose weight so that by my next homeschool semester starts, I can be skinnier.

Hi hannah I really like this site, I haven't been on here very long but everybodys really supportive... I totally understand what ur going through I love chocolate too. I weight 171 and want to be 131 by july but I need some serious motivation. I think u can do it! Sometimes when I exercise I feel more apt to eat healthier too bc I feel like I'm accomplishing something. If u ever want to talk my email is sweetescape11@hotmail.com :)

Hannah what I do with chocolate is I eat half of it and put the rest of it away.. Start slow by walking ,slow running,jump rope,stecthing,have small portions of what you, need to drink 8 glass of water a everyday.. You could try vetgables with no sugar peanut butter.. and furits as well.. That a great tip I have used before .. To get myself to eat furit again... Im homschooled too!!! 111-124 lbs.. is healthy for you.. You can lose weight!! I know you can do it.. There is the chat room.. I just got back on track with my excirses.. Today!! ... Running is my favorite..
