Ht. 5'4", Start: 144 lb, Today: 148.5 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 120 lb - SO, I've had a revelation you guys, and ephiany.
I have no control over my food-life. Like, seriously, food controls me. I think about food ALL the time. This weekened I went to this persons house to babysitt and I literally sat on their couch and just ate for two days. It was ridiculous. I come home, step on the scale and guess how much I weigh? 150lbs. Then I weighed myself in the morning and I weighed 148.5 Which is two pounds less than 150, but still ridiculous. I started this weight loss journey on November 1st, 2011 at 143lbs and instead of losing weight i've gained 5lbs! Well, yesterday, I decided that things needed to change. I made an appoitment with my doctor and i'm going to start excersizing and eating right again. No cheating. I'm keeping my weight journal on my phone, because it's always with me, so every little morsel of food goes down. I really want to change and my goal is to lose 14lbs by April 1st.

Lucy don't be discourged! don't give up! my grandfather would call this weightloss a learning cruve. We all have weight gains once in a while.. You can do it!! remeber small portions..
