Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 104 lb - I haven't been to the doctors since October 2011. Govin, I lost some weight by cutting my portions size,and my computer time as well. I stoped snaking when I did not need to. I was told by my doctor 104 pounds is a healthy weight! Govin,, I also been doing the dishes , so that helps. I also drink water,,I cut things in half,, sometimes I will drink diet soda,but not to often. Govin,I reward myself with hair accessories,or shrits,sometimes, Lei is my favorite brand,or delia's I haven't been there lately,,I usually keep my calorie intake at 1408.Because that what my doctors recmmand.. sometimes I do jump rope..I wear a size 12 Juniours bottoms,, my goal is a size 3(4) or 1(2)=S Juniours.. XS is not always healhty. No don't aim a size 0 or 00. Becuase my cosuin is very skinny. She barley eats anything.IM jsut worried that she could end up belicma. She should weigh like 104-127 pounds.She weighs 100-105 pounds. I feel great being a size 12 again!! I can't wait to be 118 pounds by Mid April! because of my final meet for my track,! I want to be in a M Adult.. I used to be addicted to orange soda and Sprite.. I said enough is enoug.. I was almost Juniours 2XL. That was very sceary. My friend Justine found out she gained the weight she lost. She is shroter then me. She is 4"9 or 4"10 she told she weighs 130-135 pounds. That obses she can defeat it, we are going to hopefully join a gym toether! it not that much money... Once I reach 118 pounds by Mid April!! I will get myself a new sweatshrit!.. of course a hairband!! new belt! Weight loss surgey is no quick fix.

Hey Jessica! I was wondering how much weight you want to lose per month? I'm planing on losing 10 pounds a month while eating 1300 calories and working out 2 hours a day. Already see results.
