Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 104 lb - Hey girls don't be discourged on your weight gain! find out what you did wrong and fix it by excrsieng and remember small portions and calorie intake and how much calories you eat a day that important drink lots of water, my friend James is very helpful when I am strss out! I am not a binge eater ever since I came on here! I almost srank 3 pant sizes! and almost 2 shrit sizes! can't wait to be in a size S Juniours! or a size 3 Juniours pant size! girls plus XL 18! or 16-14 L girls plus! please girls don't drink only liquds that only healthy since you are growing so please don't do that. Because there were times I would not eat much for a week my male friend James was getting worried about me I would eat one piece of meat,and not finsh it .. Don't try it,but I am loseing weight in a healthy way! I am gettig close to a size 8 Petties and Juniours 7)8) Juniours! pant size! so exicted when I get to a size 3)4) Juniours by May I will get a new set of shorts and tank tops! anyone has goal of clothing that want to be at? mine is a size Juniours 3)4 pant size tops size S. girls plus size 14 or 16-18. shoe size 8(1)2 womens or an 8 womens. I want to show other overwieght teens or obses teens they can lose weight without surgey is no quick fix. Just cut your unhelathy pourtion size to nice small healthy portion start excurisieng slow by walking, have a water bottle with you. Just don't over do it, don't expet to lose 25 pounds by this month start with 1-2 pounds a week you can lose 10 pounds a month! don't spend 3-4 hours on the computer that what I used to do that was horrible habit not even watching tv 3-4 hours of TV.

Hey Jessica! I want to be a S-xS in juniors shirts, size 3-4 in Juniors pants. I want to wear this white jewled bikini I bought in May or June. I live in the valley so its warm all year. I'm saving up $600 for a complete make over for myself.
