Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 127 lb (BMI %tile: 61), Goal: 105 lb - Aye so o have been eating less than 1000 calories a day and I work out for an hour every day and I don't eat junk food, my parents are calling me anorexic now because I didn't want to eat take out pizza, instead I had toast, I'm jw if it's ok
To eat stuff like that once in a while, and if you guys do or just avoid it completely

Hey Jenny, it's ok to eat stuff like that u just have to not eat to much of it. It's take a number of slices and eat those ones and if your still hungary, eat some fruit or something. :) hope that helps ya

Not mad lol and okay I'll bump it up to 1200 :) and oh lol I have no muscle so Im not sure of a goal weight I know I want some muscle so in the end I'll prob weigh more than that

Hey Jenny. Your basically becoming anorexic! 1000 calories is not enough, let alone less! Eat 1200 calories and continue exercising. BTW - 105 is not good for your height! Sorry if I'm making you mad, but its the truth :(
