Ht. 5'2", Start: 248 lb, Today: 230 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 199 lb - Hmmmm... well its tuesday and i didnt do a thing today!:/ i better step it up tomarrow! if i want to loose some weight this week... my 16th birthday is sunday so im hoping to be under 230 by then :D 228 2 pounds would be a wonderfull birthday presant :D hopefully getting my gym membership sometime this week if i get enough birthday money!

Happy Sweet 16! Megan! remember small portions,drink lots of water,jump rope,walking,running,jog,watch your calorie intake,you do it!

Hey! Wonderful! Im 16 as well and currently go to the gym with a friend whenever i can haha. Its great! Dont worry at first, i was sooo nervous to go. But once i was there, it was soo much fun!
I hope you get to your goal weight by your b'day! haha and remember, after you do the exercise it will feel like you've accomplished much more than just a workout! :D:D:D
