Ht. 5'5", Start: 150 lb, Today: 123 lb (BMI %tile: 54), Goal: 100 lb - Anyone know where they first started seeing changes in their body when they started exercising/ dieting? I have dropped a few pounds and havnt noticed a thing

Well, I started to notice when none of my clothing fit. Jenny? 100lbs isn't a healthy weight at all. Maybe 111 or 112.

Hey Jenny! Wow! You have lost so much weight since you started on your journey to a happy, healthier you! I have heard that when You lose weight, it goes from the top of your body to the bottom. Like, if you have lost a few pounds it should show a bit in your face, but if you lose 50 pounds, it will show all over :)

Jenny 100 pounds is to skinny for your hight, go with 120 pounds,stick that,other then that,keep up the good work!
