Ht. 165 cm, Start: 66 kg, Today: 64 kg (BMI %tile: 84), Goal: 55 kg - I HOPE THAT THIS WILL HELP ANYONE FEELING LIKE THEY CAN'T MAKE IT!
Hey beautiful girls and boys!
I hope that everyone is just where they want to be so far after the first week of the 2 week contest :)
I have found that having others around and feeling the same way as i do really helps me push through.
I decided on starting the contest to help myself as well as everyone else wanting to lose weight and stick to it.
I decided not long ago that i need to stop lying to myself. I would look at myself and lie and say, 'nah, its ok, some chocolate wont make you fat, your not fat'
The truth is. I. AM.
And it is only me that can change that.
It is only me that can make the decision to get of my bum and exercise.
It is only me that can change myself for the better.
****** REMEMBER **** You only live life once, be whatever, whoever, you want to be, no body said it would be easy, but they promiced that it would be worth it.

Thank you so much. I don't think I'll be getting into the big weightloss, but I am staying on track no matter what! Binging is so stupid. I used to tell myself 'you'll start your diet and exercise tomorrow, you need a rest anyway!' NOT ANYMORE. Now I say 'HEY! If you want to make a change and make a difference in your life, you need to start TODAY!'
