Ht. 5'4", Start: 149 lb, Today: 143 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys!
(Day 3 of the M1.12 challege) So again today really sucked,my body wasn`t used to waking up at 5:45 so after school i crashed on the couch,so no execise.BUT I HAVE A PLAN!Tomorrow after school im getting changed goin down stairs jumproping,liftings weights,doing exercise with weights,like row boats,then im going to go up and down my 18 step stairs 8times,then im going to do 10min of jumping jacks,30sec of jumping jacks with aj og rest for 30 secs,then im hopefully if its not bad out side ill go run up and down my hill 4 times,and walk the track 2times but at a jog bounce the second.***MADDIE***if its all right with you,i might try the steps for 5min. idk how many cals ill burn but i google it later and put it in the comments lol.OOOOOOH and bout the Michael situation,he isflirting a lot more :D lol im gonna make something for his locker but idk what,any ideas?
