Ht. 5'4", Start: 10 st 10, Today: 10 st 10 (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 10 st 0 - hey there, i am a 16 year old female and i live in england,uk. I am in my last year at secondary school. I am a keen horse rider and am pretty fit, i can do pretty well in long distance running. And i am very muscley. I am very strong, i have strong leg muscles and arm muscles, and muscle weighs more than fat i think? Please tell me if i'm wrong or right. I am 141 pounds and would love to get to around 131 pounds. I am 5foot4. I would love to loose some weight, i feel a little overweight but i don't feel really fat. As you can see i'm fairly active, i hardly eat because i am always rushing with horses i skip meals, for example, i'll get up at 6am, go riding and work the horses, then will eat a cooked meal at 2pm and have a light snack at 7pm then bed at 9. Any ideas? X  (Note: 10 st 10 is 150 lb.)

I do used to do that all the time. Log your food intake into a food journal along with how many servings and how many calories.Your right, muscle weights more then fat. Make sure your getting 1000-1200 calories a day and continue to exercise.

Crystal don't skip meals,120 pounds would be healthy for 5'4,your overweight by 21 pounds, drink lots of water,riding horses is a good excrise, small portions, jump rope,running,walking,
