Ht. 5'0", Start: 156 lb, Today: 151 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 123 lb - So, well, I figured tomorrow is the beginning of a new year, and I am going to lose all the weight in 2012. It feels refreshing to me that I start something at the beginning of the year. February will be on its way, and I want to look nice for V-Day :D I just need some help along the way... Any advice?

Hey Lisa,
Try eating small portions and drinks lots of water, it will make u feel fuller. And just make an exercise plan and just do the best u can! You can do it. Good luck and happy new year!
