Ht. 6'1", Start: 235 lb, Today: 224 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - I'm a 15 yr old male in 8th grade. I started shooting up (in weight) at age 8. I'm trying to lose weight. Any tips?

Take any opportunity to exercise. Walk, jog, bike, lift weights, do leg lifts, eat only 1 serving of something, avoid soda and drinks containing high fructose corn syrup, juices and milk based drinks, limit calories to about 1300. Make sure to exercise at least 1 hour.

just wanted to say welcome to the board!(or something like that)...but anyways,first GET MOTIVATED,keep your self strong in will power!!!second,start by eating right then gradually add in cardio!take things slow but not to slow,at a time thats good for you!(also if ya hear me talkin bout a michael im not talkin bout you im talkin bout my crush...)but goodluck to you and NEVER GIVE UP!im here if ya need to talk to some one or have questions too!byee<3 ::D
