Ht. 5'6", Start: 254 lb, Today: 254 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - Well, I am really over weight and I am really starting to hate myself for it so I have decided that starting tomorrow I am going to go on a eat less + do more diet. I am going to eat breakfast , lunch, supper and maybe a snack sometime in between. I usually comfort eat or eat when I am bored so I am definitely going to stop that. I am also going to do wii fit/ Just Dance on the wii every night since it is winter and I am not going for a walk/jog in the cold lol. Also if anyone wants to help me to stay motivated and help me reach my goal so I can be healthy and finally be at a normal weight I would really appreciate it :) I just really want to be smaller and I really want to lose as much weight as possible before February. Which I know it won't be very much but I feel like if I put my mind to it I will be able to so if there is anyone that would like to help me reach my goal and I could do the same for them it would be pretty awesome :)

hey kennedy i know what u are going through i feel the same way i weighed as much as u aboout 4 monthes ago and i know have gaine d 30 pounds but listen email me sometime at shelboo2008@yahoo.com and we can keep eachother motivated to do it !

You can definitely lose about 20 pounds if you diet and cut back portion sizes. Make sure to exercise for 1 hr +
