Ht. 5'2", Start: 172 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 118 lb - I haven't been on here for a while but I'm motivated as ever.The new school year hit me really hard. My weight has been flunctuating and I've been binging like crazy. I recently found this website that's really helped me get motivated and I think it'll help you guys too. It's undressedskeleton.tumblr.com. My friend helped me find it and it's basically a girl's tumblr page.She was overweight and changed her life. She uses her tumblr to help other people who want to start a healthy lifestyles. It has a bunchof healthy food ideas, exercises, and she tells you her story and how she got healthy. Reading her story made me not want to give up my goal of becoming healthier. I want to be in the 130s by my 16th birthday in May and at my goal by the end of next summer.Wish me luck !

Thea congulatss on starting want to get healthy! small portions,drink lots of water,lots of vegtables,furits,85% lean meat,jump rope,walking,running,jog,dance in the house, stetchs. Or walk the dog.
