Ht. 5'3", Start: 240 lb, Today: 237 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Heyy guys!! Im getting closer and closer to my goals!! But only one thing, I feel guilty after I eat too much. But I guesse that's normal, idk. But yea. Im gonna start controlling my portions and making them smaller so I wont feel guilty and so Ill lose weight a little bit faster. Tell me how you weight loss journey is going!! =P

Things for me are good, walking a lot more, don't miss soda or diet soda, only drinking water now. Portion sizes are close to perfect! The things I eat a bit too much of is Tomato soup. I have like 1.5 servings but thats okay because its only 90 cals/ serving. Lost 14 so far! Aiming for 109 as my goal weight. Wish me luck!
