Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 109 lb - Hey! Packin' up all my frumpy clothing! No more over sized jackets or sweat pants! I need to wear light clothing with I exercise, so I had my mom buy me a Danskin Now workout jacket, size LG for extra breathable room, with pants (Size 10) and sneakers. Walking with my younger sisters is really fun and I forget its actually exercise! I walk about 6 miles a day with them. Their not overweight, but love to help me exercise and eat better. Their sooo sweet!
Did you know cleaning burns 200 calories an hour!? I already clean 1 hr and a half a day b/c thats how I earn my allowance. That means I burn 300 calories just by doing my chores!
Dieting is really refreshing. I feel more energized, happy and confident when exercising.
Portion control is becoming easier, I don't even want seconds anymore. I take what I'm supposed to eat (1 serving) and don't come back to the table. Instead, I take my dog on a walk around the neighbor hood.
My family and I rescued 5 dogs (3 are puppies) so I take them around the block twice a day.
