Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 109 lb - Lost another pound :)! My sister and I are going walking for 1 hr when my mom gets home from picking up her prescription. I went walking at 7 this morning with my puppy Cheyeanna, but it was cut short b/c it was cold and she wouldn't walk, shes such a baby.
Ate 1/2 a bananna and glass of milk for breakfast, I was supposed to eat a 1/2 cup of cheerios, but I'm not a big breakfast person. That equaled to 150 calories. Good start.
So how's everyone's diet going? Overall, I'm doing better then I expected. Last night, my mom made rice with cream of mushroom soup. Normally, I would fill an entire bowl up, twice. But instead I ate 1/4 of the bowl, no mushroom soup, with 2 Morning Star Farms vegan Chin'k nuggets. It only equaled to 300 calories.
I've also summed everything up: Eating less + exercising more + believing in yourself = weightloss.

Maddie you can make low calore mushon soup, from EatingWell.
