Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - Obesty it runs from my dad's family, I dont want to be obese,in my life,2 type diebates,heart attacks, strokes, sleep anoypiona,diebecta, pre diebacta,I dont want them, I dont have to have them,weight loss surgey,runs in the family as well it horrible,you lose weight without surgey!!! it a waste of money, oh one thing, blood clodding,as well.My dad's family is to blame..I do plan on being extra carefull in 3 weeeks Christmass Eve,at lunch and dinner small plate with sald,small amount of dressing! no fried food this time I will pass! grilled shrimp little sauce, or none,big meals, muscles yum! one glass of soda and sing Christmass carolis, at the table,im way done being lazy!when I srink one or three I wil buy hair accessoriess! instead of food! I am trying to cliumb a mouantian Icant wait to get to the top! portion cantroll!not messing on Christmass Eve or Christmass Day! Next mounth is in 12 hours!!! crazy.

Sorry to hear about all the health issues in your family :(.
I'm doing the same thing! I buy clothing and shoes etc. instead of Cheetos or crap like that. Thru with junk food and candy! Absolutely done with baked goods etc. Sick of being fat... walking with my sis 1 hr in the morning, 1 hr.in the afternoon, and 30 mins in the evening. Seems like a lot, but not really. Instead of sitting up in my room talking, we go power walking and talking.
