Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - Hey! So I'm starting to walk with ankle weights, wrist weights and 5lb dumbbells! Do you think I'll burn more calories doing this? Would it count as 2 workouts? Please help.

I'm no expert on weightlifting but 51lbs sounds like a lot for a girl while she's walking, I'd take it down a notch, I'm pacing my diet, I don't know how your doing it.
