Ht. 5'5", Start: 170 lb, Today: 162 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - Hey! Thanksgiving is right around the corner! Going shopping with my mom and sisters gonna get as much as I can in low calorie/fat foods for our feast. Tomorrow I'm gonna see my dad, hes been gone on a business trip for a week now, and were gonna go ride my horse and gt frozen yogurt. Fat free vanilla and fruit.
My parents are overweight, their supportive about my sister and I losing weight but don't listen when we say we don't want desert or fast foods :(. I'm trying to get my dad and mom to go on my diet, so wish me luck! Their both addicted to Dr. Pepper and ice cream. Have a happy Thanksgiving! :)Maddie:) ^_^

Maddie!drink half one glass of soda,or have a half glass,then the rest water,eat half sccop of ice cream,small slice of pumpkin pie, small amount of cranberry sauce, small sald, one photoe, vetragna turkey, one. Big glass of water, excrise.
