Ht. 5'6", Start: 195 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 135 lb - So only two more days until my first week weigh-in! Woohoo! I've felt great, im going to just keep it up. And I didn't kill myself over the water, this week ive had about 6 cups a day, next week ill try to move up to 8. Question: has anyone done or heard about Zumba fitness? It seems like fun so any feedback is appreciated. :)

i think your water intake is fine,as long as you spread it throughout the day!oh,ive heard of zumba but ive never played it! it does sound like fun though! goodluck!::D<3 byeee!

Your going to hurt yourself with that much water, I'd say about 2 big water bottles a day or 4 of the small water bottles, don't move up to eight, you could really hurt yourself that way.

Ya I've heard of Zumba! From whative heard its an amazing workout! It's really good for moving around and using different parts of ur body - and it gets your energy flowing :)
I've never tried it personally but it sound good! No?
