Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 104 lb - Girls becarefull what to get at school for lunch. Small portions, get water bottles soda is ok once in a while! drink half of it instead, of the whole thing, small portions Thaksgiving. Not large portions, Im gonna try reallyh hard not to eat to much!! small plates,for salds, white turkey.

Hi Jessica! I totally agree with you.I only have 1 serving of something now and only eat on meal and veggie snack times.I'm totally watching my portion sizes. Thanks for believing in all of us!
