Ht. 5'5", Start: 157 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 120 lb - still having problems with my scale. I just started going to this new fitness place called XSport. It's great! They have a great variety of exercises you can do including a pool and rock climbing wall! And they have different classes including hot yoga, cycling, kick boxing and aerobics! I've been going for a few days and I'm doing great. My favorite exercises are the stairmaster and the rowing machine. You also get a free consultation with a nutritionist and personal trainer. I would definitely recommend it! I also learned that you can burn a lot of calories playing music! So practicing cello and piano everyday are paying off....Great! I'm going to have swim gym next semester and I really want to lose a bunch of weight so I'm not embarrassed in my swimsuit. That's all I've got for now. Bye bye!
