Ht. 5'5", Start: 147 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 125 lb - This is my first message on this site and I hope my last message will be when I made it to my goal. My life hasn't been about all the teasing, but I've had people call me fat, saying that my body was grross and I can agree. My sister is very skinny and perfect and I hope to be as skinny as her one day. I have to stick to walking because I have asthma and it's terrible, so running is out of my equation. Though in school I have PE- lifetime fitness and I think it might be helping a little. If anyone has advise for me to get started, that would be great, thanks. Love, Abbie

Abbie I know how it felt not being able to do things fast. Take small baby steps, start by walking, then slow running, jog, jump rope, eat small poritons, drink lots of water. I recmmand 125 pounds is a great goal for your hight and body frame, bones, dont give up , I am always here if you want to talk to me.
