Ht. 5'7", Start: 11 st 0, Today: 11 st 0 (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 9 st 7 - Hi all.
Ok so here's my story. I was trying to lose weight but because of moving schools and what have you, I put on like a stone. However, my doctor believes I have an underactive thyroid so I am waiting for test results for that. Unfortunatly a side effect of an underactive thyroid is weight gain which is why i might be gaining when i eat right and stuff. I try to eat healthy but after a week i crash and eat chocolate and biscuits and loads of junk. Does anyone have any tips.
Thanks xxx  (Note: 11 st 0 is 154 lb.)

Hello weight loss buddy!
so apparently you've stayed the same weight
that's good, i guess
Did you try going to exercisetv.tv?
it has a bunch of workout videos!

Are you kidding me? Having an under active thyroid does NOT make losing weight easier! I have hypothyroidism and my metabolism is so slow! Before I was diagnosed, losing weight was a lot easier but afterwards it's been mostly hovering around the same number. Although the pills do fix the problem to some extent, nothing beats a healthy metabolism!

Oh how i wished i had an underactive thryoid, you know why?because they have pills to take care of your thyroid, and make the weight fall of with exercise and healthy eating!(if you do find out you have it DONT THINK OF IT AS A BAD THING,going either way can help you start a new life style!)hope i helped, but if not srry!goodluck!<3
