Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - I figured if Iose one pound a week I'll reach my goal weight by early to mid April...which isn't too bad. And it's more realistic than past goals I've set. I look forward to getting back to the Jillian Michaels DVD tomorrow - I havent done it for a few days. Getting back on track with a new week!

At first it was really hard but I got stronger when I finished 10 days of Level 1. I started Level 2 and felt good, I didn't feel like I was going to die but I was still challenged and I sweat an unbelievable amount. I stopped doing it for a couple days as I was up late doing homewok but I did it again tonight and I could certainly feel it. It's a great DVD. I can flex my muscles in my arm and although the muscle is small, it is there. I feel more toned and firm...which is a weird way of putting it but it is true. I love the DVD, it was definately worth it and I'm excited to continue doing it!
