Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 147 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 120 lb - So today my meals werent so amazing cuz they were mostly rushed; breakfast: 1 bowl cheerios w/ 2%rdcdftmlk and a few pieces cookie crisp, Lunch: strawberry yogurt w/ oatmeal stuff, a fig bar, small cup milk, water, Snack: this trailmix with peanuts and rasins and m&ms and pb choc chips (prob bout 300 cal :P) Dinner: plain bagel toasted w/ a little cream cheese, 1.5 cups milk, water, plum.
I did not eat a lot so although the trail mix is bad- 2day was still alright. sabrina, thanx 4 the workout! it was awesome!!! Please keep postin motivational stuff everyone!!!! it really does help! THANX!!!

Aliza great job on the weight loss!!! trailmix is ok to have once in a while!!! I would get a food dairy, to keep track of calories you ate throughtout the week,, drink lots of water,, dont give up!! peanuts are healhty, half a cup is recmmand,, I ask myself do I need all of this junk food? or not. The anwser is a no. Usually,
