Ht. 5'3", Start: 149 lb, Today: 149 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 129 lb - Hey guys so this is what i ate today, but i was kinda bad :( but its hard not to give into temptation.1 coco pebbles,1 whole jelly sandwich,2 fried eggs,1 box of lean cusine ravioli,cheesepuffs,popcorn, ice-cream(went 2 movies then for icecream!)also mostly watet but i had some moutain dew.:/ kinda dissapointing but tomorrow will be better!I givebyou all my word!Good luck to you guys!

Sabrina, I have made mistakes like that at times.. I Cut the amount of food I ate, I ask myslef I am hungrey? I am thristy? or is my brain just lying to me?.. Drink lots of water, jump rope, walking, running, jog, weight training, swimming, horse back riding, dancing, sccor. Walk the dog, or walk your friend's dog, or the neigbors dog, ask the neigbors first and your mom and dad also.
